I. Applicability and Definitions

1.1 Scope

This Policy applies to the Tengence Cloud website (www.tengence.com), client applications, mini programs, APIs and other products and services provided through Tengence Cloud technology (collectively, the "Tengence Cloud Services"). Where our affiliates or partners provide services independently, their separately published privacy policies apply; this Policy does not apply to third-party independent services.

If you use the Tengence Cloud Services to provide services to your own users, you should separately formulate a compliant privacy policy and fulfill the notice-and-consent obligations. We only provide technical services at your instruction, do not participate in your decisions on processing users' personal information, and bear no compliance responsibility on your behalf.

1.2 Key Definitions

  • Personal information: any information recorded electronically or by other means that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person, excluding information processed through anonymization.
  • Sensitive personal information: personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, may readily infringe a natural person's personal dignity or endanger personal or property safety, including biometric identification, religious belief, specific identity, medical health, financial account and whereabouts information, as well as the personal information of minors under the age of 14.
  • User business data: all data that you upload, store, process or generate through the Tengence Cloud Services. Ownership of such data belongs to you, and it does not fall within the scope of personal information governed by this Policy.

II. Collection and Use of Personal Information

We follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity and good faith, collecting and using your personal information only for the purposes stated in this Policy, and will not process it beyond that scope. If the processing purpose must change, we will obtain your explicit consent anew.

2.1 Information Required for Registration and Login

When you register a Tengence Cloud account, you must provide your mobile number and login password, which are used for account registration, identity verification, login authentication, password recovery and delivery of important service notices. If you choose quick login via a third-party account, we will, after obtaining your separate consent, obtain your avatar, nickname, bound mobile number and similar information from the third party for account binding and login. Without such information, you will be unable to register a Tengence Cloud account or use core services.

2.2 Real-Name Verification Information

In accordance with laws, regulations and supervisory requirements, real-name verification is required to use paid services and core functions of Tengence Cloud:

  • Individual users: you must provide your name and ID number, or verify your identity through facial recognition or Alipay authorization. We only retain the verification result and do not store sensitive information such as facial features or ID card images without authorization;
  • Enterprise users: you must provide the enterprise name, unified social credit code, business license information and corporate bank account information for enterprise identity verification and qualification review.

If you refuse to provide real-name verification information, we will be unable to activate the corresponding service permissions for you.

2.3 Transaction and Invoicing Information

When you purchase Tengence Cloud services, we collect transaction products, order amounts, payment methods, payment records and similar information for order settlement, transaction verification and after-sales handling. When you apply for an invoice, you must provide the invoice title, tax ID, delivery information (for paper invoices) or email address (for electronic invoices), used for invoice issuance and delivery.

2.4 Service Operation and Security Information

To ensure stable service operation, prevent cyberattacks, identify abnormal accounts and protect account security, we automatically collect device information (hardware model, OS version, unique device identifier, IP address), log information (login records, operation records, access times) and network status information. Such information is essential to service security and cannot be disabled individually.

2.5 Customer Service and Feedback Information

When you contact us through tickets, online customer service, phone or other channels to ask questions or report faults, we collect your account information, problem descriptions and communication records to respond to your requests, troubleshoot and improve services. Other auxiliary information you voluntarily provide is used only for handling the current issue and for no unrelated purpose.
